Hi! Edward here.

Is Venapro hemorrhoids solution a miracle cure? FACT: many are using Venapro the wrong way. Discover the secrets to using Venapro correctly...

I'm glad you found this website on Venapro. I presume you or somebody you know is suffering from hemorrhoids. What you're going to read is some of my personal experience with this product.

I'll be upfront with you - Venapro does not work all by itself. You cannot count on it to be a miracle cure.

Quite frankly, I didn't get cured of hemorrhoids overnight, and nor does Venapro alone does the trick for me. It may or may not work for you because my body is different from yours. You must still drink plenty of water, and eat wisely while using Venapro.

Yes, I was a customer (hemorrhoids no more!) and will be compensated for any sales made through my recommendation. However, I am not going to sugarcoat anything here. I will tell you what I like and don't like about the product. You can then make an informed decision as to whether this product will help you or not.

Further, I will have other useful information about combating hemorrhoids.

Go ahead and check out my articles and information. At the very least, visit Venapro's website and get 2 FREE bottles of Venapro with their special offer (click here)...

Sincerely,

Edward Devane

Is Venapro Your Hemorrhoids Cure?

By Admin |

Is Venapro the way to cure your hemorrhoids? In my does Venapro work reviews, I have covered Venapro side effects and other retailer options (Hemorrhoids Miracle – an ebook on how to cure hemorrhoids) and other useful information. However, despite these information, it is always important to go back to basics. After all, our body is more a part of nature, than synthetic man-made stuff.

I will be upfront with you - I did not cure my hemorrhoids using Venapro alone. I also use the following “home-made natural” solutions in conjunction with Venapro. (Scroll down the page for even more tips – about sitz bath, baby powder, hazel and more.) As you are reading this article, you may also wish to watch/listen to the following video review by another Venapro user for further information on Venapro…

The bottomline is that some changes to your daily routine can really prevent you from having to surgically remove your piles.

Things that you should consider:

1. Watch the food you eat.

In the advent of food chains offering fast and simple meals, some busy people would often neglect proper nutrition by eating less healthy food choices, and thus affecting the digestive process.

Food rich in fibre is highly recommended to help strengthen rectal valves and veins both in and around the anal area. Fibres also help in making the stool softer, thereby making the stool movement easier.

Typically, in hemorrhoids supplements such as Hem-Relief, Avatrol and Preparation H, fibre is an important ingredient. The key difference, compared to Venapro is how the ingredients are mixed in a synergistic and non-synthetical (all natural) manner to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of combating hemorrhoids.

Great amount of fibres can be found in grains, cereals, whole-wheat pastas and various fruits and vegetables. You can also take fibre supplements for daily use. Recommended daily fibre intake for women should at least 22 grams and at least 35 grams for men. In Venapro alone, horse chestnut and butcher’s broom are also added for a double “whallop” of efficacy.

2. Constipation should be avoided.

Eating processed food low in fibre and high in carbohydrates can bring about dry and hard stool that can lead to constipation. Hemorrhoids are the results of excessive pressure in the rectum due to recurring constipation. It can also be due to sitting too long on the toilet bowl while reading newspaper and magazine. Further, to help ease the pain, consider using Vitamin E because it serves as an anti-oxidant to remove free radicals in the digestive tract. Venapro has that as an important ingredient in its formulation as well.

3. Avoid having diarrhea.

Frequent diarrhea can also cause hemorrhoids. It can damage the veins in the rectal area. You must stay away from fatty foods, excess alcohol and/caffeine and some medications that are known to create watery stool. To promote regular and healthy bowel movements, drink at least 8 glasses of water a day.

4.  Do regular exercise.

Engaging in regular exercise coupled with a healthy diet can greatly help in preventing hemorrhoids. Sitting all day either at work or at home watching TV can create a perfect chance for hemorrhoids to develop. The proper exercise for your age and health supports natural movement in the digestive system that also promotes a healthy weight and lessen anxiety.

5.  Practise good toilet habits.

It is necessary to have good toilet practise habits in order to attain a long-term cure for hemorrhoids. Do not delay your bowel, when there is an urge, or when it is time for you to move your bowels. Delaying it will make the stool dry and hard and can lead to constipation. When you need to release it, you must do it as soon as possible to reduce the straining effect.

6.  Clean or wipe completely after each bowel movement.

Make sure that you wash or wipe cleanly and completely your area down there because moisture and faeces left behind can contribute to hemorrhoids occurrence. Bathing or taking a shower daily or after each bowel movement will remove any dirt or perspiration.

7.  A tip from New England Journal of Medicine

I am not a doctor, so please consult a doctor before you use this tip. Basically, you apply a combination of Nitroglycerine and Vaseline (with 1 part nitro to 20 parts Vaseline) directly to the outside of the anus. This helps improve the flow of blood and provide a much needed relief.

One may consider the use of health supplements for hemorrhoids (such as Hem-Relief, Avatrol and Preparation H) – but only Venapro works for me. I have never tried the rest because at that time, my research says Venapro, and some Venapro reviews and retailers also shared the same view. Ultimately, always use the above tips together with the use of Venapro to combating hemorrhoids.
