Hemorrhoids Solutions?

Quite frankly, I feel that hemorrhoids should be cured naturally without popping any pills - even natural ones like Venapro. I don’t know about you, but I sure hate having something sliding down my throat apart from chocolate cake 
Anyway, drinking lots of water is one of the best ways I know to getting rid of hemorrhoids while it is still not that bad. Water helps remove toxins in the body and keeps you hydrated.
Eating lots of vegetables and fruits will also help. Sometimes, I will take some vitamin C ( a higher dosage if the rear end is “stuck” ;-O , eh, when I feel constipated).
And, not to mention one of the most important preventive measures (read my post about hemorrhoids and newspaper) - don’t ever do that!

Thanks Mark. Hope the natural solutions help. Forget the pill. Chocolate cake is better.
