It is similar to yoga and is performed by lying on the ground on your back, bringing your knees to meet your chest, raising the hips, putting the hands on the back so your back is supported. #6. When you have hemorrhoids you need to be careful about which toilet paper you use. Only by the softest possible paper, and although this is more expensive, you will be thankful for it. Some hemorrhoids sufferers are unable to use toilet paper at all and take a bath instead.
