Okay, it’s been a while since I talked to you :-) Some have asked whether there is a way out of the pain in the a***. Sure! I’m no doctor, but someone just like you who had the same backside problem 
Here’s some methods you can try… (but first a disclaimer - you try it at your own risk. Always consult a doctor…blah…blah…blah…)

#3. Witch hazel is another home remedy that is very popular and commonly recommended. Soaking a cotton ball in witch hazel and dabbing it (or leaving it) on the anal area for approx one hour will bring relief. This is for external use only, never use internally.

#6. When you have hemorrhoids you need to be careful about which toilet paper you use. Only by the softest possible paper, and although this is more expensive, you will be thankful for it. Some hemorrhoids sufferers are unable to use toilet paper at all and take a bath instead.
