*Are You Killing Yourself?*
Before I share with you some shocking health information I’ve just discovered, I would like to invite you to read my Ultimate Venapro Alternative post first, especially if hemorrhoids is giving you some problem.
Okay, with that out of the way, here are some interesting facts that I discovered from this website - Omega 3 Review: (And it makes me think that I am killing myself by not discovering them earlier! ;-) )
- our brain is made up of 60% fats, and approximately 50% of that is DHA Omega 3 (and we’re hardly getting enough of it from our modern daily diet - think Alzheimer’s disease, depression, bipolar disorder, ADHD, ADD, and postpartum depression.)
- American Heart Association says: “Omega 3 fatty acids benefit the heart of healthy people, and those at high risk of — or who have — cardiovascular disease.” (- think high cholesterol, heart failure, blocked arteries, high blood pressure, heart attack, stroke and death. Man! This is depressing!)
- Certain research has also shown that DHA and EPA omega 3’s, found in fatty fish and fish oil supplements, may protect against cancers such as: breast, prostate, testicular, ovarian, breast cancer in women and prostate cancer in men. (Okay, okay, I get it that Omega 3 is important.)
- Kick me on this one - Omega 3 also helps cure hemorrhoids, Crohn’s disease and inflammatory bowel disorders ( I am starting to think that Omega 3 is a miracle drug now ;-) )
Anyway, I’ve tried the Omega 3 fish oil myself and I feel that it is great stuff! Maybe it’s psychological, or maybe I’m at the age where dying is a scary thought. But, what if this natural health supplement really help prevents all those dreaded diseases, I would have earned another extra 5-10 years to my life, and that is a bargain!
Nevertheless, it is my belief that everybody should be informed of what’s available and what’s good for their health. At the end of the day, I feel that this Omega 3 Review site is worth a read. The newsletter is pretty informative too. Just sharing the result of my surfing…
As always, go do your own research, and see if it helps you. Thanks for reading. ![]()
